RETURN POLICY – CameraSecure™
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when received.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, user manuals, and components.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your item to the manufacturer. All return requests must go through CameraSecure™.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of our products and for security reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Devices that have been installed, used, or paired with any mobile application

Opened surveillance equipment (hidden cameras, detectors, security devices) unless proven to be defective upon delivery

Downloadable software or activation codes (if applicable)

Gift cards and promotional codes

Health, hygiene, or personal safety items
We reserve the right to deny returns on any products showing signs of use, tampering, or unauthorized modifications.
PARTIAL REFUNDS (if applicable)
We may issue a partial refund for:

Items returned without original packaging or missing components

Items returned after the 14-day window, but within 30 days

Equipment returned damaged or altered for reasons not due to our error
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will email you a confirmation of receipt.

We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund:

Recheck your bank account.

Contact your credit card company — posting delays may occur.

Contact your bank — processing may take time.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Clearance or discounted items are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange a product:

We will send instructions and the return address.
GIFTS
If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

You’ll receive a gift credit after your return is received.

A gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such or shipped to the gift giver:

A refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
